Also, I would like the public to start looking at moderator apps and posting their thoughts on the application since I don't like picking mods myself, I would rather have the community decide on who they would like to see as a moderator who would be helpful and not bothered about the rights and the crown.
In my eyes a crown and commands mean nothing when becoming a moderator it means more.
As a moderator you need to be helpful, non abusive and friendly with ALL of the community, not some troll who goes around asking people for help and flaming
